Working Capital
Working capital represents the difference between a company’s current assets and current liabilities. It can measure a company’s efficiency and its short-term financial health. This is calculated by subtracting total current liabilities from total current assets. This data point reflects the exact dollar value, but legacy users of Morningstar’s Portfolio Manager tool will see it rounded to the nearest million.
