Withdrawal Request Dates
Repurchases for interval funds are periodic offers by the fund to buy back outstanding shares from investors based on the net asset value on the repurchase pricing date. These offers occur at set intervals and provide limited liquidity, since shares cannot be redeemed on a daily basis. The fund determines how many outstanding shares it will repurchase during each offering period within a minimum and maximum range set by regulatory guidelines. The offering period spans from the request start date to the request deadline date.
Tender offer funds may periodically offer to repurchase shares on a discretionary basis based on the net asset value on the repurchase pricing date. For each offering period, the fund announces a minimum and maximum percentage of outstanding shares it intends to repurchase. The offering period spans from the request start date to the request deadline date.
