Semiliquid Adjusted Cost Estimate
The adjusted cost estimate is a projection of annual investor costs in a semiliquid fund, expressed as a percentage of notional net asset value. It uses the same assumptions as the total cost estimate (management fees, performance-based incentive fees, acquired fund fees and expenses, operating expenses, and distribution and servicing fees) but excludes the estimated interest expense on borrowed funds.
