Portfolio Return on Invested Capital
Return on invested capital (normalized) is one measure to evaluate efficiency in allocating a company's capital to generate profits. It's calculated by dividing normalized income (estimated by taking into account the up-and-down nature of a full economic cycle) after taxes by invested capital.
