Dividends per Share (Special)

A special cash dividend is a one-time, non-recurring distribution of cash paid by a company to its shareholders, separate from its regular dividend cycle. Special cash dividends are not part of the company’s ordinary dividend policy and should not be interpreted as an ongoing increase in future dividend payments.
