Fiduciary Duty

What is fiduciary duty?

Fidicuary duty is the act of overseeing clients' wealth and acting in the best interest of those clients.

Fiduciaries are individuals who have ethical and legal responsibilities to manage clients' financial matters. Examples of fiduciaries include brokers, advisors, and trustees. They're obligated to make financial decisions that are in the best interest of their clients. Transparency and trust are the most important parts of fiduciary duty.
