IShares European Property Yield ETF offers exposure to continental European REITs and listed real estate companies that have been screened by their one-year forecast dividend yield. The exclusion of UK holdings means that it is an imperfect tool with which to gain access to the European indirect property market. There are also cheaper passive options. For these reasons, the fund has been awarded a Morningstar Medalist Rating of Neutral.
