The Cheesecake Factory CAKE reported fourth-quarter results that were bolstered by improving traffic trends. The company also announced modest expansion plans for 2012 that we think are attainable, though not quite meeting market expectations. All told, we will be maintaining our fair value estimate of $27 per share.
