Raising Comfort Systems' Uncertainty

We're increasing our uncertainty rating for Comfort Systems FIX because we are unsure about the duration of the current credit market turmoil, which will likely weigh on capital spending. In 2007, about 60% of Comfort Systems' revenues were derived from new construction projects. If the credit markets remain unstable for a prolonged period, we are likely to reduce our near-term forecasts.
