Paycom reported third-quarter revenue of $544 million, up 10% year over year. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $3.37, $0.56 higher than FactSet Consensus. Management raised the full-year outlook to 9% revenue growth and a 48.5% adjusted EBITDA margin, up from 8.5% and 46%, respectively.
