Check Point's fourth-quarter guidance missed FactSet consensus. 2026 guidance was cut at the midpoint, and forward-looking measures remained weak, with calculated billings growth of negative 5% and remaining performance obligation growth of 5%. Shares fell 7% on Nov. 2.
