VF Earnings: Solid Results Even as Sales Growth Eludes Vans; Shares Very Undervalued

In the second quarter of fiscal 2027, VF posted 1% constant-currency revenue growth (excluding divested Dickies) despite a 10% sales decline at Vans. With seasonality in its outdoor segment, gross margin rose 3 percentage points to 55.4%, and operating margin increased by 170 basis points to 13.5%.
