Keppel DC REIT's, or KDC REIT's, distribution per unit rose 11.7% year on year in the first nine months, lagging a 16.7% increase in distributable income, as September's private placement expanded the unit base ahead of contributions from Tokyo Data Centres 4 and 5, which were acquired on Oct. 1.
