Cencora: Doubles Down on Oncology With AON Acquisition; Fair Value Estimate Maintained

Cencora announced the acquisition of American Oncology Network. It currently holds 4% of equity interest in AON, and the deal values the target at $2.4 billion. AON shareholders could participate in an equity rollover, in which case Cencora will pay $1.7 billion for 71% of AON.
