Devon: Eagle Ford Asset Sales to Crescent Energy Accrete Roughly $1 per Share of Value

Devon announced it's selling its Eagle Ford assets to Crescent Energy for $4.2 billion. The 90,000 net acres in the basin represent roughly 4% of Devon's net production on a barrel of oil equivalent basis, and a similar proportion of Devon's total net acres, by our estimates.
