Luxshare Earnings: Raise China A-Share Fair Value by 12% After Auto Sales Grow Faster Than Expected

Luxshare's June-quarter net profit was CNY 4.18 billion, up 16% year on year and slightly lower than the midpoint of guidance. Automotive sales for the first half soared 274% to CNY 32 billion, making up 19% of total sales, and carried the firm's quarterly gross margin up 17 basis points to 11.8%.
