Arena REIT Earnings: Edge Early Learning’s Default Hurts, but the Selloff in Shares Is Overdone

Edge Early Learning, which is Arena's third-largest tenant and accounts for 14% of its property income, hasn't paid its August rent. Arena has issued notices of default and guides to a 7% reduction in distributions in fiscal 2027, to AUD 18 cents per security.
