Novonesis delivered 9% organic sales growth in the second quarter and adjusted EBITDA margin of 37.6%, both ahead of company-compiled consensus of 7.4% and 37.4%, respectively. Full-year guidance was raised, and shares rose 10% on Aug. 20.
