Lendlease Earnings: Cut Fair Value 11% to AUD 4 on Disappointing Growth Outlook Beyond Fiscal 2027

Lendlease operating earnings fell 33% in fiscal 2026 to AUD 0.34 per security for its core businesses. The capital release unit, which includes assets Lendlease intends to sell, reported an operating loss of AUD 0.12 per security. Securities tumbled 11%.
