Centuria Industrial Earnings: Strong Re-leasing to Continue Driving Solid Growth

Centuria Industrial REIT's fiscal 2026 funds from operations increased 4% to AUD 18.2 cents per unit, as solid rent growth and the unit buyback offset asset sales and higher debt costs. Distributions increased 3% to AUD 16.8 cents per unit. Fiscal 2027 guidance is FFO of AUD 18.8-AUD 19.2 cpu.
