Following G8 Education, another childcare operator is withering. Edge Early Learning, which is Arena REIT's third-largest tenant and leases 31 Arena-owned properties in Queensland and South Australia, hasn't paid rent since Aug. 3, 2026. Arena's securities tumbled 22%.
