BHP: Disappointing Copper Guidance Likely Only Temporary

BHP sold 350,000 metric tons of copper in the fourth quarter, down 8% on a year ago, with fiscal 2026 volumes falling 7% to 1.38 million. While Western Australian Iron Ore, or WAIO, sales volumes were also lower, by 2% to 66 million metric tons, they were flat for the fiscal year, at 254 million.
