Williams Companies: Blackstone Joint Venture Eases Leverage, Invites More Investment

Williams announced a joint venture with Blackstone, packaging its power supply business into a 51/49 entity where Williams will retain control. Blackstone will provide $4.4 billion toward capital investment and $900 million to Williams.
