Cromwell is setting up an investment venture with PAG, an alternative investment firm. The venture will acquire 100 Creek Street in Brisbane for AUD 159 million, with PAG owning a 95% interest and Cromwell co-investing 5%. The price is 6% above its September 2025 independent valuation.
