Vontier's first-quarter adjusted EPS of $0.80 was in line with the FactSet consensus estimate. The company announced the sale of Teletrac Navman for $220 million. Management maintained its full-year adjusted EPS guidance of $3.35-$3.50 despite a $0.05 headwind from the divestiture.
