Daimler Truck Earnings: North America Leads Weak Results, but Order Growth Points to Recovery

Daimler Truck’s first-quarter adjusted operating profit fell 54% year over year to EUR 498 million, mainly driven by weakness in its North American truck division amid lower volumes and tariff headwinds. Despite the soft start, guidance was reaffirmed, supported by strong order growth in the region.
