Mapletree Logistics Trust is a real estate investment trust focused on income-producing logistics properties in Asia-Pacific. Logistics properties are typically distribution centers and warehouse designed to facilitate the storage and movement of goods, and most of the trust’s properties are strategically located with good access to key public transit networks. The trust owns good-quality properties that are ideally situated to meet the growing demand for the limited supply of modern logistics facilities in the Asia-Pacific region. At the same time, the markets in which MLT operates benefit from strong secular tailwinds of increasing middle-class consumption and e-commerce adoption, driving leasing demand for its warehouses.
