Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust's, or MPACT's, fiscal 2026 (ended March) distribution per unit, or DPU, declined 0.6% year on year to 7.97 Singapore cents, primarily due to a one‑off tax balancing charge arising from the divestment of the Festival Walk office component.
