Amplifon's Purchase of GN Store Nord's Hearing Division Will Reshape Hearing Aid Industry

GN Store Nord is divesting its hearing division to Amplifon for DKK 17 billion in a cash-and-stock deal. GN will receive roughly 16% of Amplifon’s shares. Shares of GN are trading 25% higher intraday, and Amplifon's shares are 8% lower.
