Dyno Nobel: Phosphate Hill Sale Finalizes Exit From Fertilizers

Dyno Nobel is selling its Phosphate Hill fertilizer business for one dollar while providing AUD 80 million of inventory and AUD 126 million to fund future rehabilitation. It may receive deferred consideration of up to AUD 100 million if earnings hurdles are met. Shares fell 10%.
