Merck KGaA reported 2.6% organic sales growth in the fourth quarter of 2025, roughly in line with the company-compiled consensus. The full-year sales increased by 3.1%, and adjusted EBITDA reached 28.9%, both of which were in line with management’s guidance. Shares were down 2% intraday.
