Cromwell Property: Business Simplification Bears Fruit; Correction to Uncertainty Rating (Corrected)

Our prior note on Cromwell's first half on Feb. 27 erroneously displayed a dated Uncertainty Rating. We issue this analyst note to correct the rating to Low. Cromwell's first-half operating profits rose 2% year on year to AUD 2.1 cents per security, with distributions per security of AUD 1.5 cents.
