Gemlife Earnings: Land Lease Gem Beats Guidance, Firing on All Cylinders

Gemlife's fiscal 2025 revenue of AUD 282 million and underlying EBIT of AUD 105 million were 5% and 6% higher, respectively, than guidance. Premium home sales lifted the average price by 18% to AUD 833,000. About half of this was gross profit, with the firm completing its own builds. Shares rose 5%.
