Aussie Broadband plans to acquire AGL Energy's telecom assets for AUD 115 million in shares, with a further AUD 10 million in contingent future scrip consideration. After completion of the deal in June 2026, 350,000 AGL broadband and mobile customers will progressively migrate to Aussie Broadband.
