S&P Global finished 2025 with solid 9% growth in fourth-quarter revenue and 14% growth in adjusted earnings per share, but the firm’s initial 2026 outlook of adjusted EPS of $19.53 missed FactSet consensus estimates of $20.02, driving a 6% share price drop in Feb. 10 intraday trading.
