Malibu's second-quarter sales decline of 6% suffered from a 10% unit volume downtick but was aided by a 4% average selling price increase. The adjusted EBITDA margin contracted 410 basis points to 4.3% as the promotional environment remained elevated and expense deleverage ensued.
