Prosus: New Buyback Strategy Should Narrow Prosus’ Holding Company Discount; Shares Undervalued

Prosus' CEO Fabricio Bloisi’s letter to shareholders on Feb. 5 stated the firm’s share repurchase strategy will be funded by selling 50% Tencent stock and 50% cash. The fiscal 2026 $1.1 billion EBITDA target was reaffirmed. Shares rose around 3%.
