NXP Semiconductors reported fourth-quarter revenue of $3.34 billion, up 7% year over year, up 5% sequentially, and above the midpoint of guidance. NXP guided first-quarter revenue to $3.15 billion, ahead of FactSet consensus estimates and up 11% year over year.
