Lennar reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2025 adjusted diluted EPS of $2.03, down 50% year over year. The company delivered 23,034 homes (up 4%) at an average sales price of $386,000, with a net margin of 9.1%. The stock fell over 5% during Dec. 17 trading on missed market expectations.
