Pfizer: 2026 and Long-Term Guidance Largely in Line, but Covid Product Declines Persist

Pfizer reaffirmed its 2025 adjusted diluted EPS guidance of $3.00-$3.15, adding that revenue would land at roughly $62 billion (within the prior $61 billion-$64 billion range). Initial 2026 bottom-line guidance of $2.80-$3.00 is below $3.05 FactSet consensus. Shares fell more than 3% on Dec. 16.
