SSE: Ofgem Final Determination for RIIO-3 an Improvement but Below Firm's Request; Shares Attractive

On Dec. 4, UK watchdog Ofgem released its final determination for the 2026-31 RIIO-3 regulatory regime. For electricity transmission networks, it approved a baseline total expenditure of GBP 10.3 billion, up from GBP 8.8 billion in the July draft determination.
