Jazz Pharmaceuticals reported top-line results from its phase 3 study HERIZON-GEA-01. Ziihera combinations demonstrated progression-free survival benefit over Herceptin and chemotherapy, the current standard of care, in first-line HER2-positive advanced gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma.
