CapitaLand Ascendas REIT's, or CLAR's, portfolio occupancy rate slipped 0.5 percentage points quarter on quarter to 91.3% as of the end of September 2025. Meanwhile, the group registered a positive portfolio rental reversion of 7.6% for the third quarter of 2025.
