Alnylam Pharmaceuticals generated third-quarter net product revenue of $851 million, a 103% increase compared with the prior-year period. Management raised 2025 revenue guidance for its TTR franchise by 12% at the midpoint. However, Alnylam's stock dropped almost 7% on Oct 30.
