Intellia's shares tanked over 40% on Oct. 27 after it paused two phase 3 trials for Nex-z in transthyretin amyloidosis with cardiomyopathy and polyneuropathy, respectively. One patient receiving the treatment for ATTR-CM was hospitalized due to severe signs of liver damage.
