Sodexo Earnings: Weak 2026 Growth Outlook Sends Undervalued Shares Lower

Sodexo's fiscal 2025 organic revenue grew 3.3%, in line with its revised guidance. Margin also expanded 10 basis points. However, a weak 2026 outlook for organic revenue growth of 1.5%-2.5% weighed on the shares, sending them down 7% in early trading on Oct. 23.
