New World Development's net loss widened to HKD 16.3 billion in fiscal 2025 (ended June) from HKD 11.8 billion in fiscal 2024. Despite seeing a net gearing ratio above 58%, NWD improved its liquidity through an HKD 5.9 billion loan by pledging Victoria Dockside commercial assets.
