BBVA: Bid Values Sabadell Fairly, Comes With Modest Synergies and Integration Challenges

Banco Sabadell shareholders will have the opportunity to decide on BBVA's offer from Sept. 8 after it cleared the last regulatory obstacles. BBVA updated its offer to adjust for dividends paid since it made the initial offer. The offer now also includes a small cash component.
