Dropbox shares have not meaningfully changed after it announced second-quarter earnings, as results beat guidance and FactSet consensus expectations. Adjusted EBITDA reached $299 million on a second-quarter record 48% margin, but paying users fell to 18.13 million from 18.16 million.
