Bayer reported 0.9% growth on a currency and portfolio-adjusted basis, and management increased its full-year guidance for currency-adjusted core earnings per share by EUR 0.30 at the midpoint. However, it also booked EUR 1.7 billion of provisions for glyphosate litigation.
